Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Centralized Scheduler to join our team at Helio Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling patient individual and medical sessions, maintaining clinical and medical staff schedules, and performing quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient individual and medical sessions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical and medical staff schedules
  • Confirm status updates of patient appointments and notify patients of any changes
  • Perform quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in program administrative and clinical committees as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred
  • One year employment experience in the Medical Records or Human Services field
  • An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for the educational requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of federal confidentiality laws relating to populations served
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment and cultural competency
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications
  • Ability to perform duties independently
