Role Summary:

The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a welcoming and efficient work environment for the central office team. This position involves overseeing daily operations at our central office, ensuring that systems are in place for smooth functioning, and serving as the primary contact for staff, vendors, and visitors. The Office Manager will also spearhead event planning and communication efforts to strengthen community ties and align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the central office, optimizing systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Ensure high standards of operational excellence through effective service delivery and problem-solving.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by managing office aesthetics and facilitating new hire onboarding.
  • Assist in budget preparation and oversee central office expenditures.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, IT support, and building management.
  • Coordinate safety drills and procedures in collaboration with building management.
  • Manage the COO's calendar to align with organizational priorities, including meeting arrangements and travel logistics.
  • Provide operational support, including front desk coverage and logistics for large meetings.

Project Coordination:

  • Lead the organization of monthly all-staff meetings, accommodating both in-person and remote participants.
  • Plan and execute community-building events for central office staff.
  • Manage the development of the Home Office annual calendar.

Communication Duties:

  • Address front desk inquiries in accordance with organizational standards for employee support.
  • Compose a weekly newsletter for internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain essential organizational reference documents.
  • Analyze data from operational requests to drive improvements and proactive communication.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in office management, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position requiring onsite presence five days a week. Occasional travel may be necessary for event setup and breakdown.

Compensation and Benefits:

We are committed to equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is between $57,000 and $68,000, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
