Executive Director

The Executive Director is the chief program administrator responsible for overseeing all components of the Personal Growth Model (PGM) and Evidence Based Practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Manage finances within approved budget and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and Board Members.
  • Marketing and Branding: Create and implement a strong marketing/branding initiative to promote the program.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and Board Members.
  • Program Operations: Lead and manage the administration of program operations to ensure effectiveness and alignment with contract(s) and AMIkids' requirements.
  • Culture and Quality: Maintain and promote a culture of quality through strategic goals and team member recognition.
  • Human Resources: Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training team members, as well as planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Program Integration: Integrate and oversee the company's Personal Growth Model (PGM) and Vocational Education initiatives.
  • Policy and Procedure: Implement policies and procedures, plan, organize, and direct program goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • Work Experience: Five (5) years relevant work experience, including at least two (2) years in a leadership role supervising a group of people.
  • Fundraising Experience: Two (2) years of fundraising experience, including demonstrated success in managing special events and in cultivating, soliciting, and closing major gifts is preferred.
  • Skills: Effective communication (verbal & written) skills, time management and project management skills.
