A leading general contractor specializing in datacenter projects is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale builds for multiple national clients.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing complex technical projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The company offers a very competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development. The ideal candidate will be based locally and will work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Administer contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, and purchase order agreements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly project status reports, owner billings, and financial risk assessments.
  • Ensure project safety, schedule, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with preconstruction efforts and manage the buy-out process.
  • Recognize constructability issues with project design and understand contract terms, budgets, insurances, bonds, and change orders.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the datacenter industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices.
