Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Arizona Department of Economic Security. As a Habilitation Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our members.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Provide education and training to staff on best practices in nursing care and disability support.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and vendors to ensure access to necessary resources and services.
Requirements:
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • At least 1 year of experience in providing professional hands-on nursing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and quality care.
