Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community integration.
Responsibilities- Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encourage community participation and engagement in favorite activities
- Develop meaningful relationships with individuals and their families
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
