Technical Lead Opportunity

This role is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading the development of electrical systems and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo, Vision, Robots, Safety, and other systems.
  • Familiarize with UL508A standards and become Manufacturer Technical Representative in UL508A.
  • Draw 2-D schematics for Electrical systems using AutoCAD.
  • Answer general electrical related technical support calls from customers and inside/outside sales teams.
  • Provide start-up assistance and on-site technical assistance to customers and salesmen.
  • Cross-reference competitive products to those of represented manufacturers.
  • Create Bill of Materials for projects in Excel and price jobs for customer quotations through P21.
  • Enter quotes, orders, and production orders into P21 to process through the shop.
  • Source, price, and purchase product for projects while working with new and existing vendors.
  • Work with shop foreman and assemblers as needed to complete projects to customer's specifications.
  • Log and maintain files and data on projects and catalog library in engineering and AHP server.
  • Design 80/20 assemblies using AutoQuoterX (AutoCAD).
  • Conduct on-site product trainings for customers.

  • Experience with PLC, HMI, and VFD systems.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
