As a key member of our team, you will serve as a direct liaison between dealerships and OEMs, providing technical assistance and fixed operations consultation to our dealer service personnel, fleet, and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and fixed operations consultation to dealerships and OEMs
  • Motivate and lead dealer service personnel to higher levels of service and parts performance
  • Initiate resolutions on current unresolved issues to maximize dealer competitiveness and customer retention
  • Analyze and make suggestions for repair shop process improvements and proactive business planning
  • Manage STAR escalations and high buyback risk vehicles
  • Provide phone and in-dealership technical assistance
  • Consult with dealerships on repair order documentation, repair service agreements, and facilities inspections
  • Troubleshoot and solve final repair attempt situations
  • Identify repair shop process improvements and proactive business planning
  • Represent the OEM as a subject matter expert and provide support for C.A.G./engineering
  • Oversee Recall and Required Service Updates (RSU) follow-up and reduction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Master Technician Certification or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of automotive experience
  • Dealership fixed operations experience preferred
  • 75% travel required
