Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Center Director at The Learning Experience #162. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on creating a positive and nurturing environment for children and families.

About the Role:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating passion and commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees.
  • Ensure the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standards and maintains compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
  • Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
  • Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning and creating a fun and enriching experience for children.
  • Drive consistent business results through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
