As an Educational Childcare Professional at KinderCare, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of tomorrow's leaders. You will work closely with our experienced team of educators to create engaging lesson plans, implement effective teaching strategies, and build strong relationships with parents and children.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.
  • Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
  • Support the success of your center by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

**Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
