The organization is currently in search of a Senior Analyst for the Investment Management Group, tasked with delivering critical analytical support and strategic oversight for investment and asset management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the acquisition and disposition processes across various Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs)
- Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering their professional development
- Work in conjunction with the Asset Management team on diverse projects
- Coordinate with external brokers to facilitate transactions
- Monitor and evaluate post-acquisition renovations and transitions
- Develop comprehensive valuation and cash flow models
- Conduct thorough market research to identify investment opportunities
- Assess investment methodologies and provide actionable insights

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
