Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Buchheit Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the hiring process, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the hiring process, including drafting and posting job openings, scheduling and assisting with interviews, and administering the offer process.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening, including background checks and reference verification.
  • Maintain accurate records of job requirements, applicant flow, and hiring status in our ATS system.
  • Coordinate company uniform programs and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with leave administration, including tracking employee leave balances and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department, including preparing reports and forms as needed.
  • Collaborate with locations to ensure effective recruitment and hiring processes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with experience in recruitment and talent management preferred.
