Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of projects by collaborating with clients, consultants, and team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting contract documents to ascertain the scope of work.
  • Developing, revising, and managing project timelines and plans.
  • Maintaining cost estimates and tracking issues.
  • Facilitating project meetings to update stakeholders and documenting meeting outcomes.
  • Negotiating and drafting change orders.
  • Acquiring necessary equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical field is preferred.
  • Current PMP certification is ESSENTIAL.
  • Proven experience in delivering solutions to external clients is ESSENTIAL.
  • Minimum of three years managing multiple concurrent telecommunications, data center, or network deployment projects exceeding $2 million.
  • Experience in digital RF and microwave system deployment is preferred.
  • Site and facility development experience is valued. Proven track record of delivering results to external clients is ESSENTIAL.
  • Experience in leading presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Must possess a valid US Driver's license and pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • RESIDENCY in Florida is required.
