Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver construction projects.

• Actively engage in the design and implementation of project safety and quality assurance measures.

• Take charge of project staffing and budget management.

• Assist in the development of bid packages, pre-qualification processes, and budget formulation.

• Conduct preconstruction meetings and coordinate responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).

• Lead initiatives to assess risks and identify schedule-related challenges, including the evaluation of long lead materials or equipment that may affect cash flow.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Analyze and present project delivery strategies, develop alternative solutions, and facilitate their implementation.

• Oversee project close-out processes and resolve claims.

• Serve as the primary liaison for senior management regarding critical business initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relationship management.

• Specific roles may necessitate relocation.
