Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment-related problems.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong background in electrical and mechanical repairs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
