About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Primary Care team at Ascension Medical Group - Clinic in Noblesville, IN. As a RN Clinic Lead, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization, while promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Salary
$77,400 - $99,100 per year, based on experience, skills, education, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring well-coordinated patient care.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
- RN with 3-5 years of experience, pediatric experience highly preferred.
