Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Prairie Lakes Health Campus. This role involves creating a warm and friendly environment for residents, advocating for their needs, developing personalized care plans, and administering medication. Salary & Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $62,000-$75,000 per year, depending on your experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents
  • Advocating for residents' needs and ensuring their comfort from admission through discharge
  • Developing personalized care plans based on observation and expertise
  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
  • Responding to emergency situations with confidence and compassion
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A valid RN state license and CPR certification
  • Experience in nursing and practicing medicine
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care
