- Establish and uphold quality assurance protocols to ensure the production of safe and high-quality meat products.
- Perform regular inspections and assessments to maintain adherence to industry regulations and standards.
3. **Safety and Regulatory Compliance:**
- Promote a safety-first culture by implementing and adhering to all applicable safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal laws.
4. **Operational Efficiency:**
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and apply effective production strategies to boost productivity and minimize waste.

Qualifications:
