Position: Nighttime Surveillance Coordinator

Work Environment: Onsite, 5 days a week

Working Hours: Midnight to 8:30 AM

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday with off days on Wednesday and Thursday

Contract Length: 1 year

We are seeking a dedicated Surveillance Coordinator to join our team during overnight hours. This role is essential for providing oversight and assistance during critical situations that impact the organization.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service within Retail, Call Center, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with at least 3 years of experience
  • Experience in Data Analysis and Reporting for over 1 year
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with CCTV systems
  • Knowledge in Facilities Management, Properties, or HVAC systems
  • Proficiency in Spanish or another language
  • Background in Call Center operations
  • Experience in public safety roles
  • Familiarity with alarm monitoring systems
