Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at My Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide member support and service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to security procedures.
  3. Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to members, promoting our offerings and building strong relationships.
  4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Credit Union.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; credit union experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requests and priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating system, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring regular attendance and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays. The employee must be able to lift 35 pounds and stand for extended periods. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with opportunities for growth and development.
