Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Northwest Respiratory Services. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and providing instruction on home medical equipment to patients in their own homes and skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and set up home medical equipment, including oxygen concentrators, liquid oxygen systems, BiPAP, CPAP, overnight and continuous oximetry, humidity systems, suction, and pediatric set-ups.
  • Provide routine equipment maintenance, instruction on proper use, safety, cleaning, and continuing education to clients.
  • Schedule and conduct staff in-services of respiratory equipment to skilled nursing facilities as requested.
  • Serve as a resource to referrals, physicians, clients, and NRS staff; assist with troubleshooting of equipment.
Requirements
  • Current RT/RN/LPN License in the state of Branch location and in other state(s) as required based on territory served.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check, and drug test.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Home care experience is preferred.
