Job Details

Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a skilled Part-Time Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Bismarck, ND. As a respiratory therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and providing comprehensive instruction on the use of home medical equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver, set up, and provide instruction on home medical equipment, including oxygen concentrators, liquid oxygen systems, BiPAP, CPAP, and other respiratory devices.
  • Provide routine equipment maintenance, instruction on proper use, safety, cleaning, and continuing education to clients.
  • Schedule and conduct staff in-services on respiratory equipment for skilled nursing facilities as requested.
  • Serve as a resource to referrals, physicians, clients, and NRS staff; assist with troubleshooting of equipment.
Requirements:
  • Current RT/RN/LPN License in the state of North Dakota and other states as required based on territory served.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check and drug test.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Home care experience is preferred.
