Job Overview: MBR Partners seeks a Business Growth Strategist to drive sales and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and execute sales plans, identify business opportunities, and develop strong relationships with customers and partners.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute sales plans that expand our customer base and maintain the company's business growth.
  • Build and execute sales strategies down to the detail.
  • Collect market and competitive intelligence for decision-making.
  • Lead task forces to engage with customers and partners for RFX and product validation activities.
  • Visit customers, provide regular business reports, pursue purchase orders and forecasts, and participate in internal and external business-related activities.

Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing sales and/or customer accounts, a proven record of success in the entire sales process, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, superb leadership ability, and fluency in English are essential. Familiarity with the broadband industry and connections with Comcast are a plus. Ability to travel at least 20% of the time is also required.

Preferred Skills:
Motivational speaking experience and a proven success rate at levels above sales quota are preferred. Experiences in working with Service Operators are also desirable.
