Development and Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Development and Growth Strategist to join our team at One Treasure Island. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fundraising efforts, including developing strategies to increase annual revenue from key funding sources.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience working in nonprofit advancement or development, with a proven track record of achieving fundraising revenue targets exceeding $300,000 annually. You will lead efforts to increase fundraising income from individuals, foundations, and Treasure Island businesses, while working closely with our Board's Advancement Committee and other staff members.
This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. The work location is on Treasure Island, San Francisco, with a hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days of remote work per week. This position includes generous benefits, including medical, dental, vacation, retirement contribution, birthday paid time-off, etc.
