Positive Behavior Support Specialist

Job Description
Rivermont Schools, a leading provider of therapeutic educational programs, is seeking a qualified Positive Behavior Support Leader to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and develop guidance for the school counseling program. This position focuses on the needs of individual students and the entire school community, delivering counseling and education on school/community concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Advise content specialists in social and emotional learning/behavioral growth, working alongside Mental Health Associates.
- Monitor daily activities to report outcome data and identify trends in school-wide needs.
- Maintain student confidentiality, adhering to agency policies, FERPA/HIPAA regulations, and student/counselor confidentiality.
- Provide critical support and leadership within the school environment, exercising sound decision-making.
