Position Overview:

Additionally, we provide lessons, projects, and activities that equip high school students with essential career readiness skills in various fields.

We are looking for a Content Developer Intern to assist in crafting educational materials tailored for career and technical education classrooms nationwide.

Supervisory Duties:
  1. No supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Adapt lesson plan resources, including projects, activities, and student materials, to align with CEV Multimedia's curriculum standards.
  • Compose scripts for educational videos and create slide presentations that adhere to state and national educational benchmarks, align with CEV's curriculum framework, and engage learners across various contexts.
  • Develop assessment questions based on the written scripts and slide presentations.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and product teams to generate visually appealing concepts for slide presentations.
  • Work with management to establish timelines for tasks and deliverables.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong research and writing capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including high school students, educators, collaborators, and colleagues.
  • Enthusiasm for education and the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Proficient in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall written English proficiency.
  • Ability to accept and incorporate constructive feedback to enhance work quality.
  • Capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enjoys a dynamic work environment that demands flexibility, creativity, strong communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is essential.
Education & Experience:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and a strong visual design sense.
  • Experience in tutoring or teaching is advantageous.
