About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Internal Medicine Clinic team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and provide education on healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program.
  • Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 18 months licensed nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year office nursing experience.
