Sales Manager

Carter's, Inc. is the largest North American apparel retailer exclusively for babies and young children, encompassing Carter's, OshKosh B'gosh, Skip Hop, and Little Planet brands. We're seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to join our team and become a product and brand expert of our brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers
Consistently model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others to success
Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through
Requirements:
A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Proficient Computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.)
