Part Time Accounting Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Part Time Bookkeeping Administrator to join our team at a family care business in Belmont, MA. This temporary to hire role will involve 20-25 hours of work per week, with a competitive hourly rate of up to $35 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in paying expenses and tracking budgets
- Prepare expense reports
- Manage payroll for a small team of employees
- Manage medical insurance invoices and claims
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience with QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets
- Demonstrated experience with payroll and invoice management
- Previous experience utilizing Mac computers
- Experience using Dropbox preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess strong attention to detail
