The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and Excel, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Paying Expenses and Tracking Budgets: Assist in managing company expenses and tracking budgets to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Expense Reports: Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll for a small team of employees, including processing paychecks and benefits.
  • Medical Insurance Invoices and Claims: Manage medical insurance invoices and claims, ensuring timely payment and resolution.
  • QuickBooks and Excel: Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to manage financial data and create reports.
Qualifications:
  • QuickBooks and Excel Experience: Must have previous experience with QuickBooks and Excel, including data entry and reporting.
  • Payroll and Invoice Management: Demonstrated experience with payroll and invoice management, including processing paychecks and benefits.
  • Mac Computer Experience: Previous experience using Mac computers, including data entry and reporting.
  • Dropbox Experience: Experience using Dropbox, including file sharing and collaboration.
  • Reliability and Attention to Detail: Must be reliable, punctual, and possess strong attention to detail.
