Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of food service operations, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies.
  • Prepare and serve meals, including breakfast, lunch, and special dietary meals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Site Coordinator to plan and implement menu changes and special events.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the kitchen team.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • ServSafe Certification preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in food service industry or equivalent.
