**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team in Pasadena, CA. This is a full-time, onsite position for the upcoming school year.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have a valid California School Psychologist license and a Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field. Previous experience as a school psychologist is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

About the Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies. They will provide individual and group counseling to students to address behavioral, emotional, and academic issues. Additionally, they will collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

About the Qualifications:

  • Valid California School Psychologist license
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Previous experience as a school psychologist preferred, new graduates welcome
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff
  • Mitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school environment

About the Work Environment:

This is a full-time, onsite position with a caseload of Grades Pre-Kindergarten through 8th Grade. The successful candidate will be working in the Rosemead, CA area.

About the Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards. Soliant offers a competitive compensation package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
