Job Title: Group Sales Coordinator

Natural Habitat Adventures is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Group Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing group sales, coordinating with our Operations team, and providing exceptional customer service to our travelers and partner organizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain an organizational system for managing groups
  • Organize and analyze data comparing group sales and trends against company-wide goals
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team on WWF Staff Travel options
  • Communicate with WWF Travel team and traveling staff members
  • Manage financial and other trip details for WWF Staff Travel reservations
  • Prospect and pursue new groups to grow the program
  • Attend conferences and/or group meetings and events, both virtually and in-person
  • Pre-trip and post-trip guest communications support
  • Draft group proposals, contracts, and custom itineraries
  • Strategize and coordinate group marketing efforts
  • Serve as the primary Groups team liaison with Trip Owners and our Operations team
Requirements:
  • Previous international travel experience or travel industry experience is highly desirable
  • Effectively communicate with a professional demeanor
  • Adaptable and able to multitask
  • Able to work independently as well as with others in a team environment
  • Must display exceptional professionalism
  • Willing and able to travel

Work Environment:

Our company hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM MT. We also open on Saturdays from 8 AM to 3 PM for select members of our guest-facing teams. Additional hours may be required to meet your goals as needed.

For local candidates, this position requires attendance in the office at least two days per week. For remote candidates, you will need to travel to Colorado at least twice a year for in-person meetings, company events, and job-specific tasks.
