Job Summary:

The Nocturnist Physician Assistant plays a vital role in providing medical care to patients of all ages at Norton Healthcare. This position requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can work effectively in a clinical setting to assist the Medical Director/Staff Physician in ensuring total patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to interact directly with patients and their families to maximize quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Provides medical care for patients of all ages according to the practice specialty
Assists the Medical Director/Staff Physician in ensuring total patient care
Interacts directly with patients and patient families to maximize quality patient care
Applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions
Performs other related duties

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree
Physician Assistant (State) AND Physician Assistant Certification (National)

Preferred Qualifications:

One year of clinical experience
Master Degree
