Position Overview:
The role involves managing the intake process for all applications within our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Associating and tagging all patient images, while accurately entering demographic, physician, drug, and relevant application data such as income, household, and insurance information into the CRM.
- Conducting an initial review of applications to identify any missing information and executing the outreach process to gather the necessary data.
- Completing the initial assessment of simplified applications.
- Determining the appropriate workflow based on established business rules.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to business rules and policies.
- Documenting all patient cases in the CRM in compliance with business regulations.
- Managing the renewal and year-end recertification processes as required by the Patient Assistance Program.
- Assisting with special projects aimed at enhancing reimbursement optimization when requested by management.
Qualifications:
