Job Description
At SERVPRO of Northwest Dallas, we are seeking a highly skilled Mitigation and Reconstruction Lead to join our team. As a Mitigation and Reconstruction Lead, you will be responsible for leading mitigation and reconstruction projects, ensuring high-quality service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers involved in reconstruction services.

About the Position
This is a full-time position that requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and the opportunity for advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead mitigation and reconstruction projects
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship
  • Educate customers on the project process
  • Identify and document project scope of work
  • Maintain customer and client communications
  • Review estimates
  • Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
  • Ensure proper permits are acquired
  • Create project schedule, timeline, and budget

Requirements
  • Superb customer service track record
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
