Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- A graduate of an approved school of nursing with current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
