Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Material Handler and Forklift Operator to facilitate the safe and efficient handling of products and materials within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continuous supply of materials to production teams throughout the operational hours.
  • Efficiently transport and organize materials as per instructions.
  • Conduct cycle counting and assist in production kitting activities.
  • Identify, organize, and store all incoming or returning materials in designated locations.
  • Operate equipment such as corrugated cardboard compactors and assist in loading scrap onto trucks, along with maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.
  • Complete forklift certification training and adhere to safety regulations consistently.
  • Proficiently operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts and reach trucks.
  • Utilize barcoding systems and hand-held scanners effectively.
  • Capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Be prepared for frequent overtime as needed.
  • Prepare products and materials for shipment.
  • Load, unload, and stage products and materials appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and recording of materials handled.
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in general labor, warehouse operations, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with pallet jacks, forklifts, or other industrial vehicles.
  • Ability to manage a physically demanding workload.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
