Reporting directly to the Program Director, this supervisory role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our crisis intervention program. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Responsibilities:
  • Program Oversight: Provide comprehensive management and supervision of the MCORT team, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and addressing any operational concerns.
  • Clinical Expertise: Conduct thorough assessments, risk evaluations, safety planning, and linkage to appropriate services for individuals in crisis.
  • Quality Assurance: Review a significant percentage of MCORT reports to ensure adherence to program standards and best practices.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the MCORT teams, ensuring 24/7 availability for crisis intervention.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a mental health-related field is required.
  • Current clinical license (LPC, LCSW, etc.) and a minimum of two years of post-master's, full-time equivalent experience in a psychiatric setting are essential.
  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience is required.
