Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pickleball Attendant at Life Time Fitness.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Pickleball Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for providing exceptional member service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule court time and greet members in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Explain all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assist them in determining their individual needs.
  • Develop and maintain personalized relationships with members to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition.
  • Promote all Life Time programs, products, and services to members.
  • Process daily billing accurately and efficiently and reconcile the cash register at the end of each shift.
Requirements
  • Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
  • CPR and AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer experience.
Compensation and Benefits

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and paying up to $18.75 based on experience and qualifications. Life Time Fitness is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
