Veterinary Medical Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure each patient receives personalized attention and care with empathy and compassion.
- Partner with veterinarians to develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Support Fear-Free initiatives and animal behavior education.
- Utilize technical skills and veterinary practice-management software to optimize workflows.
- Engage in open communication with colleagues to continually improve services.
- Current WA State LVT licensure or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality care with a passion for Fear-Free principles.
- Basic proficiency in phone, computer, email, and veterinary management software usage.
- Strong emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
- A flexible and positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Professionalism and a commitment to teamwork.
Our competitive compensation package includes:
- $27.25 - $39.50 per hour (depending on experience).
