We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards.

About the Role:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
  • Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
  • Direct and delegate care to other team members based on their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining established hospital policies, procedures, and objectives.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • A minimum of one year of recent acute care medical/surgical nursing experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
Credentials:
  • Registered Nurse licensure required.
  • Basic Life Support certification required upon hire.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification according to Resuscitation Training Completion Requirements policy.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $40,090 - $76,120 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including medical/dental/vision coverage, 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement, among other benefits.
