Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate high-level activities between solar developers and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Process work orders and direct internal work crews to meet project deadlines.
  • Interface with worker pools to ensure effective staffing for project needs.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of solar modules, racking, and associated equipment.
  • Receive developer invoices and manage accounts payable.

  • Submit relevant reports to regulatory bodies on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in solar energy, construction, electrical contracting, or related fields.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep passion for the renewable energy sector and a principled approach to fostering sustainable solutions.
  • Familiarity with common accounting procedures.
