Job Overview
We're looking for a motivated and friendly Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our store's success, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting products, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
  2. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales growth
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient operations

Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older (21+ in certain states)
  • Able to work weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
  • Physically capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs

Compensation:$16 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement
