Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience working with complex datasets to inform organizational strategies. Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to review and assist in code produced by peers. Experience in conducting A/B tests and performing statistical analyses. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R. Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex data insights into actionable business narratives. Proven experience in collaborating with diverse teams to define business challenges and implement effective reporting solutions. Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a two-sided marketplace or marketing analytics. Understanding of digital marketing touchpoints and measurement strategies. Background in customer lifecycle marketing analytics. Proficiency in handling large datasets, including experience with frameworks like Spark or Hive. Familiarity with AWS services such as Redshift and S3. Knowledge of modeling techniques, including linear regressions and causal impact models.
