Salary and Benefits

As a CNA at Warren Haven, you can earn up to $21.00/hour, with opportunities for overtime and a sign-on bonus of $5000 for full-time positions or $2500 for part-time roles. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, uniform allowance, and CNA course reimbursement.

Job Description

We are seeking skilled CNAs who are passionate about delivering top-notch care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily tasks, responding to calls for assistance, and promoting a positive and engaging environment. You will work closely with our dining room personnel to ensure that all residents receive the correct meals and support their dietary needs.

Requirements

To be successful as a CNA at Warren Haven, you must possess a minimum high school diploma/GED, an active CNA license in New Jersey, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team atmosphere and demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with residents.
