We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Warren Haven Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a CNA, you will provide assistance to residents with their activities of daily living in a safe and respectful manner.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can earn up to $21.00/hour, with opportunities for overtime and a sign-on bonus of $5000 for full-time and $2500 for part-time positions. Additionally, we offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, uniform allowance, and CNA course reimbursement.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with eating, dressing, showers, and toileting as needed.
- Respond to resident calls for assistance or treatment and alert medical staff to emergency situations.
- Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities and exercise programs.
- Perform housekeeping tasks such as replacing linens, cleaning patient rooms, and removing trash.
- Work with dining room personnel to ensure residents receive correct meals and eat safely.
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- Active CNA License in New Jersey
- Able to communicate clearly in English verbally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong bedside manner
- Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere
