We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Behavioral Family Solutions, LLC. As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, updating objectives, observing therapists, providing supervision and feedback, and collaborating with colleagues and caregivers to implement best practice intervention programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Update objectives as needed to ensure clients are meeting their goals and making progress.
  • Observe therapists implementing reduction and acquisition programs to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
  • Provide regular supervision and feedback to therapists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and colleagues to share information and implement best practice intervention programs across settings.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings to discuss ideas, success stories, and recent research topics.
  • Coordinate care with primary care physicians, specialists, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be an Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst on BACB
  • BACB 8 Hour Supervision Training
  • Master's degree in psychology, education, or applied behavior analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Acceptance of philosophy and code of conduct of the Agency
  • High level of integrity
  • MUST BE LICENSED
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Medicaid Credentialed is a plus
