About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Family Solutions, LLC. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in Broward County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Update objectives as needed to ensure client progress and mastery of skills.
  • Observe therapists implementing reduction and acquisition programs and provide supervision and corrective feedback.
  • Discuss client progress with caregivers and provide training on program objectives.
  • Submit timely reports on client progress and participate in monthly meetings with administrative staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and schools to share information and implement best practice intervention programs.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss ideas, success stories, and recent research topics.
  • Coordinate care with primary care physicians, specialists, and other therapists as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be an Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst on BACB
  • Have completed BACB 8 Hour Supervision Training
  • Hold a Master's degree in psychology, education or applied behavior analysis
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Acceptance of philosophy and code of conduct of the Agency
  • Have a high level of integrity
  • Be LICENSED
  • Be bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus)
  • Be Medicaid Credentialed (a plus)
