Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with families and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans, incorporating behavioral skills training, parent training, and community-based interventions.
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluation, making data-driven decisions to inform treatment planning and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, caregivers, and other professionals, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA, participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • 2+ years of experience as a BCBA, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment planning.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.
